About the Role

n

This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll oversee a team of maintenance plumbers while supporting the business with quoting, estimating, and operational coordination.

You will:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of field plumbers
n
Provide technical guidance and problem‐solving support
n
Prepare quotes and estimates for maintenance and repair works
n
Assist with scheduling, job allocation, and workflow coordination
n
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently,



and to a high standard
n
Maintain solid relationships with clients and internal teams
n

What You Bring

Registered Plumber (Victoria)
n
Strong background in maintenance and service plumbing
n
Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
n
Experience in quoting and estimating plumbing works
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Solid organisational and problem-solving ability
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and team culture
n
Capable with computer systems, email and job management software
