Job Description

HammondCare's Miranda Residential site is seeking a Dementia Advisor to apply dementia-specific clinical knowledge within our aged care settings. The role focuses on improving resident lives and supporting teams through mentorship and evidence-based practices.

You will mentor care staff, participate in clinical reviews, and collaborate across the organisation to build capacity and share expertise. A RN or Allied Health qualification and dementia experience are essential.
