As the Site Finance Manager, you'll lead financial operations, partner with site leadership, provide financial control, operational insights, and drive performance improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions.

This is a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in a business with ambitious growth plans for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Lead site financial reporting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting
n
Lead a small, efficient team of three (3)
n
Deliver timely and insightful analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
n
Partner with production and operations teams to monitor and improve site performance
n
Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and working capital management
n
Manage,



track and improve KPIs (financial and non-financial)
n
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
n
Manage audit, compliance, and statutory requirements
n
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
n

About You

n

n
CA/CPA qualified
n
Proven experience in manufacturing or site-based finance roles
n
Strong background in costing, inventory, and operational finance
n
Advanced ERP and Excel capability, preferably utilising SAP
n
Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into action
n
Solid stakeholder engagement skills across operational and executive teams
n
Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
n
