ReWine is looking for casual bar staff to work in our stores located in Queen St Melbourne, adjacent to the Queen Victoria Market or 522 Lygon St Brunswick.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge in wine and hospitality with a keen interest in sustainability.

Weekend work and evenings during the week between 10 and 20 Hours per week.

ReWine is a unique wine shop and wine bar, we sell wine in refillable bottles, and we are looking for a manager to run our Queen St Melbourne.The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge in wine and hospitality with a keen interest in wine and sustainability.

About ReWine:

We have been disrupting the traditional wine industry since 2005 by selling our wines straight from the barrel, into refillable bottles for takeaway, or serving straight into the glass without using a bottle at all. Our unique equipment allows us to refill our customer's bottles over and over, saving hundreds of thousands of bottles from going to questionable recycling.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a solid knowledge of wine
n
Is self motivated and able to work independently
n
Keen interest in sustainability
n
Can make Instagram worthy cheese boards and Pizzas
n

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
Understanding, discussing and selling a diverse range of wines
n
Food preparation - about 20% of the time
n
Maintaining stock levels
n
Ensuring the store is always clean and tidy
n

n

An RSA certificate is mandatory and a Food Handling certificate would be advantageous.
