We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to take over the lead of our manufacturing facility.

n

The Role

n

You will manage daily factory operations, optimize production workflows, and lead the production team. Your goal is to ensure high-quality output, maintain safety compliance, and meet production targets efficiently, all with a view to continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end factory production schedules to meet customer demand.
n
Lead, mentor, and schedule the factory production team.
n
Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste and lower costs.
n
Ensure all finished goods meet quality control benchmarks.
n
Manage the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
n
Oversee inventory levels, raw material ordering, and stock control.
n




Maintain and troubleshoot factory machinery and production equipment.
n
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.
n

Requirements

n

n
Experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in a manufacturing or production workplace.
n
Solid people management skills with the ability to build a positive, high performing team.
n
Solid understanding of production metrics, KPIs, and waste reduction.
n
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance.
n
Robust problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
n
Experience in agricultural, chemical, or environmental manufacturing is a plus.
