Job Description

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to coordinate daily operations with a robust focus on safety and service quality. You will lead a team of lifeguards and coaches, ensuring a positive guest experience across mornings, evenings and weekends.

The role requires energetic leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering customer excellence. A minimum of 1 Lifeguard shift per week is expected.
