Crop Shop Boutique on the Gold Coast is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to own retention through email, SMS, push, and loyalty campaigns. You will build customer journeys, manage lifecycle programs and optimize CRM performance.

Working with the Retention team, you'll test, segment, analyse data, and drive repeat purchases while aligning with Go-To-Market calendars. Hybrid work in Australia with solid growth prospects.
