You'll work closely with a Senior Trust Accountant who has been with the company for 10+ years, offering strong mentorship, support, and stability.

This is a full time, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working with numbers, with prior real estate trust accounting experience essential.
n
You'll support the end-to-end trust accounting function across a rental portfolio, ensuring all transactions are accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Daily rental receipting across a rental portfolio
n
Processing invoices, EFTs, and owner/creditor payments
n
Daily trust account reconciliations
n
Supporting mid-month and end-of-month processes
n
Assisting with reporting, audits, and trust account procedures
n
Managing and responding to account queries from landlords, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams
n
Supporting both property management and sales trust functions
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in real estate trust accounting (essential)
n
Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
n
Experience with Property Tree is highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
n
Confident communicator with a customer service mindset
n
Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
n
n
