Key Responsibilities In The Role Include

Bridging the gap between business challenges and AI‐powered solutions
n
Building prototypes, POCs and MVPs using AI‐assisted development tools
n
Leading discovery workshops and shape high‐value AI use cases
n
Partnering with stakeholders to validate concepts and drive adoption
n
Helping establish AI governance and responsible AI practices across Regis
n
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar hybrid role
n
Hands‐on experience building prototypes, POCs or MVPs using AI tools
n
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively
n
Technical aptitude to translate business requirements into solution concepts
n
Curiosity, initiative and a demonstrated passion for experimenting with AI
n
Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and business case development
n
