The Role:

For a driven person,



this is a fantastic sales opportunity! We are a leading international Google-trusted online marketing agency and we help businesses increase their visibility online with a market-leading and AI-powered "near me" Google optimisation service.
n
As a vital member of our telesales team based in our Gabba office, you'll be speaking with independently owned local businesses across Australia and helping them grow by selling our low-cost digital subscription service.
n

We'll provide you with full training, coaching, and 1-on-1 support to set you up for success -all you need is energy, work ethic, and a desire to succeed. This is a full-time, office-based role in Gabba (9-5:30pm, Mon–Fri).

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Generate new business via cold calling and outbound phone sales
n
Learn and confidently pitch our Google Listing Optimiser
n
Follow our proven sales methodology and improve through coaching
n
Hit weekly activity targets and agreed sales KPIs
n
Manage follow-ups, pipelines and customer conversations professionally
n
Represent Local Insights with confidence, integrity and personality
n
n
You'll Need:
n
n
Experience in a telesales, outbound sales or business development role (preferred, not essential)
n
Confidence and resilience when making high volumes of calls
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
n




A competitive mindset with a genuine drive to hit (and exceed) targets
n
Good organisation and time management to manage pipelines and follow-ups
n
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be coached
n
