WhatYou'llBe Doing
n
You'llmanage branch operations, lead your team, and oversee day-to-day
vehiclelogisticsand
customer delivery, including:
n
n
Coordinating the preparation, delivery, return, and maintenance of Compass vehicles
n
Managing daily workflows and supporting your team's performance
n
Providing hands‐on support to ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for delivery
n
Leading by example in customer service and issue resolution




n
Completing branch reports and documentation accurately and on time
n
Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring all vehicles meet Compass standards
n
Collaborating with the Senior Branch Manager
toidentifyopportunities
for improvement
n
Ensuring safety, compliance, and cleanliness across the branch
n
n
WhatYou'llBring
n
n
2+ years in a face-to-face customer service role
n
Previousexperience managing or leading a small team (preferred)
n
Strong
communication,logistics,
and problem‐solving skills
n
High levelof computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
n
Solid administration and time management ability
n
Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous)
n
Understandingoflogisticsin
the motor trade, smash repair, or dealerships (ideal but not essential)
n
