About the Role
n
This is a hands-on kitchen position focused on delivering high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes during busy morning service.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to a high standard
n
Maintain consistency, quality and presentation
n
Assist with food preparation and stock rotation
n
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
n
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
n
Work efficiently during busy service periods
n
Support the Head Chef and kitchen team
n
n

Previous experience in a café breakfast kitchen
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
n
Reliable, punctual and positive attitude
n
Solid teamwork and communication skills
n
