The Role:

Supporting a #1 Agent in the Eastern Suburbs
n
Proactively prospecting for new listings and expanding the client database to drive business growth
n
Coordinating and conducting open homes
n
Attending & Preparing for Auctions
n
Callbacks, scoping for new opportunities with existing clients
n
Managing communication and relationships with buyers and vendors
n
Negotiating sales
n
Analyzing the market & trends
n
n
The Candidate:
n
n
Must be driven, passionate & motivated!
n
High desire to be successful & number 1!
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
n
Switched and driven to succeed
n
The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
n
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
