Job Description
Volvo Group is seeking a Director – Uptime & Service Excellence to lead end-to-end uptime strategy and service performance for Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks across Region Australia. You will drive dealer network alignment and shift to proactive, data-driven service, with robust governance and measurable outcomes.
