About the Role
n
Lead a national 24/7 On-Call Operations team supporting children and young people across Australia. Provide therapeutic leadership during critical incidents, coordinate workforce responses, coach a high-performing team and ensure safe, compliant after-hours service delivery.

Duties
n
n
Lead a high-performing On-Call Operations team
n
Coordinate after-hours incident responses
n
Coach staff in trauma-informed practice
n
Allocate workforce and maintain service continuity
n




Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Lead teams within child protection, OOHC, disability or human services
n
Apply trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
n
Manage critical incidents and operational risk
n
Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent leadership experience
n
Hold a Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check where required)
