We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Director to lead the strategic and operational management of our Kindergarten.
n
This is an exciting chance to lead a team of dedicated educators in delivering a high-quality, play-based program that promotes children's learning, wellbeing and development within a safe, inclusive and Christ-centred environment.
n
This is a permanent full-time position with remuneration commensurate with the successful candidate's teaching experience and a position of added responsibility allowance. This position will commence from the beginning of ****.

Your Role
n
n
Lead the strategic and operational management of the Kindergarten.
n
Deliver a high-quality early childhood program aligned with the EYLF, NQF and QKLG.
n
Mentor and develop educators, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
n
Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
n
Lead quality improvement, compliance and Assessment and Rating preparation.
n
Oversee Kindergarten operations, including staffing, budgeting and reporting.
n




Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
n
Participate in a spiritually vibrant culture aligned with the College's Christian mission and values.

About You
n
n
Practicing Christian with the ability to actively support and promote the College's Mission, Vision and Values.
n
Proven leadership experience in early childhood education.
n
Strong knowledge and implementation of the EYLF, NQF, QKLG and Child Safe Standards.
n
Demonstrated knowledge of Child Care Subsidy system and compliance.
n
Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
n
Qualifications:
n
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
n
A Master of Education (or another mission-aligned field) is desirable, but not essential.
n
Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration.
n
Current Working With Children Check (Exemption Card).
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
n
National Child Safety Training certification through the GECCKO platform.
n
