What You'll Bring
n
Proven capability running multiple concurrent commercial fit‐out/construction projects with limited senior oversight
n
A genuine track record of mentoring and developing CAs/PMs
n
Hands‐on ownership of procurement and subcontractor engagement end‐to‐end
n
Comfort working with, and improving, remote/offshore support structures
n
Experience in owner‐operator environments preferred — someone who thrives in fast‐paced, direct communication settings
