ALEX Kitchen & Joinery is seeking an organised and proactive Junior Site Foreman to coordinate joinery deliveries and installations across Sydney.
n
This is a site management and coordination role, not a hands-on installation position. As a Site Foreman, you will take responsility for managing day-to-day site opertations, including installation teams, organise schedules, communicate with clients and builders, and check completed work.

Key Responsibilities
n

Plan delivery and installation schedules
n
Allocate work to multiple installation teams
n
Coordinate with clients, builders, and internal team
n
Confirm site readiness before installation
n
Maintain site documents and daily site diary
n
Monitor installation progress and provide clear site direction
n
Inspect completed work and manage defects
n
Coordinate rectification work and final handover
n
Conduct site measurements when required
n
Travel between project sites across Sydney
n
n
About You
n
n
Academic background in project management, construction management or a related field
n
Experience in construction, fit-out or project coordination preferred
n
Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills
n
Good understanding of Australian construction standards and workplace safety requirements
n
Organised, proactive and solution-focused
n
Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate different teams
n
Mandarin speaking preferred
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
White Card preferred
n
n
Joinery experience is highly regarded, but candidates from construction, interiors, cabinetry or fit-out backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
