Food and Beverage Attendant | The Lookout, Echo Point

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant All Rounder to join our team.

n

In this hands-on role, you'll work across all areas of the venue, providing outstanding service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. No two days are the same, and you'll be expected to assist wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders and operate the POS system.
n
Prepare and serve coƯee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (whereapplicable).
n
Deliver food and beverages eƯiciently and accurately.
n
Set up, explicit, and maintain dining and service areas.
n
Handle cash and process customer payments.
n
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
n




Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
n
Assist in all areas of the venue as required to support smooth daily operations.
n

About You:

n

n
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and as part of a team.
n
Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays.
n
Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one) is highly regarded.
n
