We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Barista / Front of House team member to join our café. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent customer service, works well in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages to café standards.
n
Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
n
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
n
Serve food and drinks efficiently.
n
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, dining area, and coffee station.
n
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
n
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene,



and workplace health and safety procedures.
n
Work collaboratively with kitchen and café staff to ensure smooth service.
n

Skills & Requirements

Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
n
Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
n
Able to work under pressure in a busy café workplace.
n
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays if required.
n
Valid Australian work rights.
