DNL FOOD is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing current business prospects, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting our range of fresh meat and food products throughout Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Identify and secure current business opportunities.
n
Promote DNL FOOD's range of fresh meat and food products.
n
Visit customers regularly and provide excellent customer service.
n
Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with clients.
n
Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
n
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
n
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
n

Skill & Experience
n
n
Previous sales experience, preferably in food wholesale, meat, hospitality, or FMCG.
n
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
n
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
n
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
n
A valid Australian Driver Licence and own vehicle.
n
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).
n
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
n
Thai language skills are highly regarded and will be given preference.
n
Additional language skills (such as Chinese or Vietnamese) are also an advantage.
