Job Description

Wax Wineroom is a neighbourhood wine bar and listening room built around thoughtful wine, outstanding music, and exceptional food. We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee day-to-day operations as we launch a recent venue from the ground up.

You will partner with ownership and the Head Chef to deliver outstanding hospitality, manage rosters, labour costs, stock, and supplier relationships, and help shape culture and guest experience.
