We're looking for a Enterprise Governance Lead to take ownership of governance, risk, and legal across the organisation and ensure it is embedded, understood, and working in practice.

It is perfect for a Governance or Compliance Lead who is looking for a step into a Head of level position, someone who has the experience executing and is ready to lean in and step into a more senior enterprise level role.

About the Role
n
Working closely with the Managing Director and partnering across the business, you'll bring clarity, structure, and consistency to how we operate.
n
This isn't a role that sits at a distance—you'll be hands-on, embedded, and deeply connected to the business, ensuring governance supports progress as we scale.
n
You will:

Embed and strengthen governance frameworks across the organisation
n
Ensure enterprise risk is visible, owned, and proactively managed
n
Coordinate legal matters with a practical, commercial lens
n
Lead Risk & Audit Committee cadence, reporting, and outcomes
n
Bring clarity to policies, delegations, and decision‐making
n
Partner with leaders to build accountability and capability
n

Experience in a scaling or multi‐site environment (highly regarded)
