A well-established client in the construction industry is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join their growing team in a permanent, site-based position.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction setting and wants to be part of a supportive team delivering major projects across regional NSW.

The Role
n
Working closely with Project Managers and the wider site team, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, compliant and running efficiently from commencement through to completion.
n
n
Providing administrative support to Project Managers and site teams
n
Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
n
Coordinating timesheets, leave requests and employee onboarding
n
Assisting with document control, compliance and project handover documentation
n
Raising purchase orders and coordinating materials and site supplies
n
Processing invoices, delivery dockets and supporting project cost tracking
n
Assisting with project reporting, forecasting and monthly reconciliations
n
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
n
Supporting WHS administration and ensuring site documentation remains compliant
n
General project administration to support the successful delivery of multiple projects
n

About You
n
Our client is looking for someone who is organised,
proactive and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or Construction Administrator role
n
Experience working within the construction, infrastructure or engineering industry
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
n
Experience with project management or ERP systems (highly regarded)
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
n
A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
n
A current White Card and driver's licence
n
