We specialise in Yamaha, Husqvarna, KTM and MV Agusta: providing all facets of spare parts and accessories, current and used motorcycles and a service department. This is an exciting role in a local, family-owned and independent business, with a fully equipped workshop.

The Role:
n
n
Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure successful operation of the service department
n
Manage all day-to-day operations in a busy workshop
n
Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
n
Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met
n
Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians
n
Schedules and assign jobs and work areas to employees in the Service Department according to their skills and knowledge
n
Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing
n
Ensure all departmental tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order
n
Manage recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.

8.30am - 5,00pm Monday to Thursday
n
8.00am - 5.00pm Friday
n
9.00am - 1.00pm Saturday
n
About You:
n
n
Experience in Service Manager or Advisory role in automotive or motorcycles
n
Exceptional customer service and people management skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret
n
Reliable and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic able to motivate and support your team
n
Passionate about motorcycles
n
Business acumen
n
n
Salary and remuneration level will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
