An opportunity has arisen for
Warranty/Maintenance
Manager to join the business, this senior role will manage a nimble on-site & admin team as well as continue to establish/improve systems and efficiencies within the business as it continues to grow.
n
Reporting to the head of Construction,you will be responsible for:
n
n
Overseeing all aspects of Warranty operations across completed construction sites.
n
Manage maintenance planning, staff coordination, compliance, safe working practices and customer satisfaction.
n
Oversee onsite Maintenance team,



and Administrative Support staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks and administrative processes.
n

About You:
n
n
Previous experience in managing a
maintenance/warranty
team
n
Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
n
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Solutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required
