Chandler Macleod is seeking a Shop Assistantto support the team at the Steggles Shop in Pendle Hill, working ***** hours per week.

About the role
n
The role includes helping customers, processing sales, stocking shelves, and ensuring the shop is always clean and well presented. In addition, you will support the team in:
n
n
Ensuring safe work practices, food safety, quality standards, and environmentally responsible practices are always followed
n
Managing retail sales, meeting customer needs, and collaborating with other departments within the company
n
Providing prompt, courteous customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
n




Operating the cash register, handling transactions efficiently, and supporting the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
n
Complying with all regulatory and company standards for quality, safety, and the workplace
n
n
About you
n
As a Shop Assistant, you will
n
n
Have previous retail experience (preferred)
n
Demonstrate a business-oriented mindset
n
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Be customer-focused, passionate about delivering excellent service
n
Possess money-handling skills and basic mathematical abilities
n
Be well-organised and efficient
n
Have unlimited Australian working rights
n
