Job Description

The Cove in Patterson Lakes, part of Pegasus Leisure Group, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to run a section in a rapid-paced kitchen. You will deliver high-quality dishes, uphold food safety standards and support the wider kitchen team.

You will work alongside Sous and Head Chefs to ensure consistency across service, manage stock and comply with dietary requirements while developing your culinary skills in a energetic venue with water views.
