We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, organisation and dispatch of stock.

You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting internal teams, and upholding a safe, effective and well-organised warehouse environment. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Job Requirements

Valid Driver's Licence (Australian or International)
n
Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Positive communication and teamwork skills
n
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting up to 20kg)
n
Positive, reliable and proactive attitude
n

Job Responsibilities
n
n
Manage inbound delivery bookings and maintain accurate records
n
Receive,
unload and check incoming goods against packing lists and invoices
n
Process stock into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and report discrepancies
n
Sort, organise and store stock in correct warehouse locations
n
Coordinate stock movement across departments and offsite locations
n
Support picking, packing and dispatch of orders as required
n
Deliver stock to retail locations using a company vehicle when needed
n
Assist with stocktakes and inventory control processes
n
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards
n
Follow all Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
n
Work with high-end fashion alongside a passionate team
