West HQ is seeking an experienced Network &Infrastructure; Engineer to architect, maintain, andenhance our missioncritical ICT environment. This role is hands on,highly technical, and central to the stability, security, andperformance of our infrastructure.

About the role:
n
n
Design, support, and optimise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN,WiFi, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).
n
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group
Policy,virtualisation,
and storage systems.
n
Lead P1/P2 incident response and provide Level 3
engineeringsupport.
n
Manage patching, lifecycle upgrades, and
infrastructureimprovements.
n
Maintain network and systems security, including
vulnerabilityremediation.
n
Deliver infrastructure projects from design
throughimplementation.
n
Work with vendors, carriers,



and MSPs on complex
technicalresolutions.
n
n
About You:
n
n
5+ years in Network Engineering or Infrastructure Engineeringroles.
n
Advanced networking experience
(Cisco/Meraki/Aruba
orequivalent).
n
Strong background in AD, Windows Server, virtualisation, andbackup platforms.
n
Proven experience leading major incidents.
n
Excellent diagnostic, documentation, and
communicationabilities.
n
Certifications
(CCNA/CCNP/AZ104/MS500)
are highlyregarded.
n
Certifications in a project management methodology i.e. Agile,PMP, PMBoK, Prince2.
n
