Stepping into this role you will take charge of daily operations and drive excellence and compliance in resident care — all with the support of cutting‐edge technology and a passionate, skilled team.
n
Work in partnership with cross‐functional teams including Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT, within a dynamic and expanding national organisation.
n
What we are looking for:
n
n
Minimum 3 years'experience managing medium‐to‐large aged carehome (preferred)
n
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
n
Excellent people managementskills
n
Relationship buildingand negotiation skills
n
Proven competency in operational planning, strategic andinnovative thinking
n
Resource management, rostering and budget management
n
Knowledge and hands on experience using computers and care programs
n
Passionto make a difference to our residents, families and Employees
n
A collaborative and compassionate approach
n
Ability toinspire your team
n
Current RN nursing registration with AHPRA
n
Police Check (issued within 12 months)
