A leading food distribution company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Manager to lead its Brisbane operations. The branch, located in Brisbane, consists of approximately ***** team members across warehouse and office functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations and drive strong business growth.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards.
n
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
n
Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of ***** employees across warehouse and office functions.
n
Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
n
Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
n

Your Profile
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, operations,



or branch/warehouse management within the food, FMCG, or distribution industry
n
At least 2 years' leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staff
n
Proven track record of driving and achieving sales growth
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
n
Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage branch operations
n
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
n
n
Preferred
n
n
Business-level proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or others)
n
Experience in Asian food distribution or related industries
n
Experience reporting to senior executives
n
Robust negotiation and customer relationship management skills
n
Knowledge of the Brisbane foodservice or wholesale market
n
n
