The Opportunityn
Lead the Strategy Execution Office as an integrated enterprise function that translates strategy into coordinated plans, prioritised initiatives, disciplined investment decisions, clear
performancereportingand
measurable outcomes. The role provides leadership across strategic planning, portfolio governance, performance, sustainability, business case discipline,
benefitsrealisationand




strategic project delivery to support ELT and Board decision-making.

The Head of Strategy Execution Office sets direction,
governance,prioritisationand
escalation pathways.This role leads a multidisciplinary team spanning Strategy & Planning, Performance & Sustainability, Project Delivery, Knowledge Management & AI, and Business Analysis & Process Improvement.

Skills &experience;:

Significant experiencein a senior strategy, portfolio,
transformation,performanceor
enterprise delivery leadership role.
n
Demonstratedexperience
leading or overseeing strategic projects and enterprise initiative portfolios.
n
Proven experience in business case development,
review,governanceand
investment decision support.
n

Qualifications:

n
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics,
Sustainability,Commerceor
a related field.
n
Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline would be well regarded.
