Desktop Level 2 Consultant – Onsite Role (5 Days)

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Desktop Level 2 Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an onsite role, five days a week, where you'll be working directly with users to resolve technical issues and help drive excellence in service delivery.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support both over the phone and face-to-face
n
Mentor and train Level 1 Helpdesk staff
n
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Microsoft technology stack
n
Deploy and reimage laptops, ensuring effective setup and handover to users
n
Deliver outstanding customer service with clear and professional communication
n
n
Essential Skills & Experience:
n
n
Proven experience in a service desk environment resolving Level 1 & 2 issues
n
Experience working in large enterprise environments
n
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – must be confident working face-to-face with users
n
Proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
n
n
Technical Expertise in:
n
n
Operating Systems: Windows XP/7/8/10
n
Directory Services: Active Directory (account administration)
n
Networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, patching, basic Cisco knowledge
n
Software: Microsoft Office **********), MS Exchange, MS System Center
n
Cloud & Endpoint Management: Intune, Azure
n
Hardware Support: PCs, printers, and peripherals
n
Network Admin Experience is highly regarded
