to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and acting as a trusted link between our customers and the workshop team ensuring every vehicle's service journey is managed with professionalism, care and clear communication.

About the Role:
Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly and personalised service experience
Booking and coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs
Preparing accurate repair orders, estimates and invoices
Clearly explaining servicing, repair requirements and technical information to customers
Proactively managing customer expectations around costs, timing and vehicle requirements
Keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process
Ensuring repair orders and customer records are accurate and completed promptly




Managing multiple customer requirements while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (dealership experience is highly desired)
A strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to confidently explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly way
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A professional presentation and positive, approachable manner
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn current systems
A genuine willingness to continue developing your product and technical knowledge
