As Australia's only national charity dedicated to supporting the psychosocial needs of children with cancer and their families, Redkite provides emotional, practical and financial support when it is needed most.
Support from donors and partners helps fund counselling, social work support, financial assistance, music therapy, education programs and essential resources for families facing one of life's toughest challenges, ensuring they never have to navigate childhood cancer alone.
Help grow partnerships that change lives
This is an opportunity to join one of Australia's most respected charities and play a key role in growing sustainable income that supports children and families impacted by childhood cancer.
You'll inherit a well-established portfolio of corporate partners and sponsors, with the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, increase partnership value and develop new opportunities from an active prospect pipeline.
You'll work closely with Redkite's senior leadership team, CEO and influential corporate leaders to develop engagement strategies, prepare high-value partnership asks and secure transformational support.
While new business development is part of the role, success will come from nurturing, stewarding and growing existing partnerships through exceptional relationship management.
How You'll Make a Difference
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners and sponsors through tailored stewardship




Identify and secure new corporate partnerships through prospecting and relationship building
Develop compelling partnership proposals and presentations that inspire organisations to support Redkite's work
Prepare strategic fundraising asks and stakeholder engagement plans that maximise opportunities with existing and prospective partners
Lead sponsorship acquisition, retention and renewal activities for key corporate fundraising events
Work alongside a highly connected volunteer Partnerships Committee to generate introductions, develop pipelines and unlock new fundraising opportunities
You're the perfect person if
You're a fundraising qualified who enjoys the nurturing side of partnerships not just securing them, are naturally curious, emotionally intelligent and know how to build trust with partners over time.
You can confidently ask for support while creating long-term relationships that deliver value for both partners and Redkite.
To Be Successful, You Will Bring
A proven ability to develop and grow corporate partnerships & stakeholder relationships in the not for profit sector
Confidence securing high-value partnership opportunities




Experience developing and delivering high-value in person asks and proposals
Strong presentation, communication and proposal writing skills
Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders
A collaborative, positive and professional approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
A current Australian driver's licence
