As an Assistant Centre Manager in Training, you will:

Complete a paid leadership development program

Participate in weekly coaching and mentoring with experienced leaders

Gain practical experience across classrooms, compliance and centre operations

Build confidence in leading teams and supporting centre performance

About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Experience as an Educational Leader or Room Leader (minimum two years)
n
ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills
n
Sound knowledge of the NQS, EYLF and National Regulations
n
A passion for developing teams and delivering high-quality outcomes for children
n
