The Role

We are currently hiring for both full time and weekend-only positions.

n

As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you'll be the friendly face and skilled professional helping motorists get back on the road. You'll attend callouts across Sydney, diagnosing and resolving minor mechanical, battery, electrical, and lockout issues in office.

Key responsibilities include:

Responding to breakdowns and emergency roadside callouts




n
Performing jump-starts, battery replacements, tyre changes, fuel deliveries, and lockout assistance
n
Diagnosing vehicle issues and advising customers on next steps
n
Accurately recording job details and maintaining tools and stock
n

About You

n

We're looking for reliable, hands‐on individuals who enjoy working in the field and helping others.

n

n
Automotive mechanical certification and/or roadside assistance experience
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Self‐motivated with a calm, professional attitude
