About the role

n

Oscar Oscar Salons are searching for an enthusiastic salon coordinator/managerfor our flagship Chadstone salonon a full or part time basis. You must be available to work some late night trading. The ideal candidates would be energetic with a "can do'' attitude and approach to their work.

Duties

n

Represent the Oscar Oscar salon brand face to face & on the phone

n

Coordinate the appointment book

n

Provide a6 star guest experience

n

Reporting for management

n

The Perfect Candidate

n

Take pride in their appearance, and be fashion-forward

n

Have strong retail/customer service experience

n

Have an infectiously upbeat personality, with an even temperament in challenging situations

n

Be extremely KPI focused,



and committed to helping both stylists and salon achieve and exceed target
