As aProperty Manageryou'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well maintained, beautifully presented to meet the expectations of both owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Property Care: From inspections, repairs, maintenance, presentation you'll ensure every property is kept in excellent condition.
n
Develop Solid Owner Relations: In this role you will be a direct point of contract for property owners. You will develop trustworthy, robust and lasting relationships.
n
Vendor Management:



Effectively manage a wide range of contractors/trades people to ensure specialised repairs, maintenance and services are conducted and as needed.
n
Enhance Client Experiences: Manage the experience of in-house owners and guests alike by handling their requests, issues or disputes.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals.
n
Exceptional people skills with the ability to build and maintain solid local relationships.
n
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties, priorities, and tasks.
n
Experience conducting property related repairs.
n
A growth mindset with the ability to spot opportunities to improve property presentation and performance.
