About the Role

n

n
Sole responsibility for end-to-end activities for each project including development, executing, monitoring and closing of program schedule,
n
Material and labour cost forecasting and tracking for do and charge jobs, and variation works on quoted jobs,
n
Procurement and engagement of site materials and subcontractors,
n




Liaison with Draftsperson and Production Manager for shop drawings with accurate details and site measurements,
n
Management of onsite trade employees, and
n
Management of several projects simultaneously
n

This is a full-time permanent role and remuneration package will be consummate with skills and experience.

About You

n

n
A Cert III in Shopfitting, Carpentry or related trade,
n
2 + years proven experience in a Project Management role,
n
Confident with documentation, financials and construction methodologies,
n
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and effective time management,
n
Exceptional communication skills
n
Proven experience building and maintaining qualified relationships.
n
Ability to work autonomously, unsupervised and to set timeframes,
n
Strive for, and achieve, the highest quality standards, and
n
Adherence to all HSE guidelines.
