Talenza has partnered with a outstanding Government Department to support them in their search for a Organisational Change Analyst, to work in a multi-phased business transformation initiative focused on modernising legacy systems.

Reporting to the Change Lead, you'll play a key role in helping business areas successfully adopt project outcomes - assessing business impacts, driving readiness activities, identifying training needs, and coordinating transition activities.

n

What we are looking for:

n

n
A background in guiding people through organisational change - ideally with a recognised qualification (Prosci, CMI, or similar)
n
Experience running workshops or conversations with all stakeholders
n




A track record supporting technology-driven change, training rollouts, and stakeholder relationships
n
Training Needs Assessments (TNA) & Training Materials and Job Aids
n
Business readiness assessments
n
Strong analytical skills
n
