The Opportunity
We are partnering with an ambitious and rapidly expanding restaurant brand entering its next phase of growth.
With a clear vision to scale to 50 restaurants by ****, the business is seeking a commercially minded Chief Growth Officer to join the executive leadership team and lead the brand's customer growth strategy.
Working closely with the Founders and executive team, the Chief Growth Officer will build the commercial engine that supports the next stage of expansion, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across the network through strategic marketing, customer acquisition and retention, digital transformation, brand development, and operational marketing excellence.
Success in this role will be measured by both commercial outcomes and the ability to build scalable systems, frameworks and capabilities that support the entire portfolio.
This is a very visible, onsite, executive role that requires an experienced leader to be in the detail every working day with restaurant teams, leaders, and stakeholders.

The Candidate
A minimum of 2 years' experience at a Marketing Manager, Group Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing is required
Previous marketing experience in hospitality is important, within Restaurants/Brands is desirable
Results mindset leader who is data-driven while maintaining a robust customer eye for detail
Strategic yet highly execution focused - this is a very present role that is about being onsite, requiring an end to end approach
Collaborative across Operations, Finance and Executive teams
Innovative, curious and constantly seeking new growth opportunities
Passionate about hospitality, food and customer experience
