This is ashort-term contract role based in Brisbaneand will focus on the RFT stage for a major infrastructure project in Queensland.
The Role
Providing commercially relevant legal advice in respect of the RFT process.
Requirements
You will be a front-end construction lawyerwith at least 7+ years' PAEgained in private practice or a reputable in-house team.
In addition, the ideal candidate is likely to have:
Good working knowledge of governance and regulatory issues in construction.
Experience in corporate or commercial is desirable but not essential.
Ability to influence and maintain key project stakeholders and executive management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
