You will manage a varied portfolio oflitigated and unlitigated motor vehicle and property damage recovery matters, working closely with experienced senior practitioners and insurance clients.
Your practice will include:
Motor vehicle and property damage recoveries
Litigated and unlitigated claims
Negotiated settlements
Strategic and commercial advice
Court and dispute-related work
Direct client relationship management

About you
You will ideally have:
3+ years' post-admission experience
Insurance litigation, recoveries or broader litigation experience
Motor vehicle or property damage recoveries experience highly regarded
Strong drafting, negotiation and file-management skills
Confidence managing multiple matters autonomously
Strong commercial awareness and client communication skills
A collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing your insurance practice
