Job Description

MECCA is seeking a Senior Category Marketing Manager to own the category strategy and lead multi-brand campaigns across ANZ. You will partner with senior leaders, translate insights into brand plans, and collaborate with Creative, Digital, and Visual Merchandising to deliver standout initiatives.

You'll shape category strategies, coach a team, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive execution in a rapid-paced beauty setting while upholding MECCA's customer-first mantra.
