We are seeking an exceptional Senior Unified Communications Engineer in Australia to join our team.

Role
To succeed, you should have significant experience in telecommunications and unified communications, with expertise in UCaaS solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom, SBCs (preferably Audiocodes), and a desire for career growth.
Your responsibilities include:
Scoping, designing, and delivering UC solutions for SME and mid-sized clients
Providing remote and onsite support for voice infrastructure
Troubleshooting UC issues
Escalating complex problems within engineering teams




Managing cloud and on-prem deployments
Handling challenging UC issues, including IVR scripting
Updating technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles
Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
Deep technical understanding of Unified Communications
Advanced experience with SBCs, especially AudioCodes
Proven experience with UCaaS solutions like Zoom and Teams; bonus points for Mitel, Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterisk, Avaya
Competence in VMWare vCenter/ESXi, networking (DHCP, VLANs, HP Switches, Meraki), SIP Trunking, FoIP
Self-motivation, autonomy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset
