Following multiple acquisitions and continued expansion, they're now looking for an experienced Practice Manager to become a key part of their Sydney leadership team.

The Role
Managing the daily operations of the practice
Reviewing, implementing and improving systems and processes
Supporting, mentoring and developing administrative and support staff




Working closely with senior leadership on operational initiatives
Ensuring the office runs efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional client service
Leading projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Helping support the firm's ongoing growth and expansion
About You
Previous experience managing operations within a law firm
Solid leadership and people management skills
The confidence to introduce new ideas and improve existing processes
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
A genuine passion for creating a positive workplace culture
