Job Description

The Inclusion Group is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide overnight support for a 21-year-old resident in Fairfield, NSW. This casual role covers active overnight shifts from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Tuesday to Sunday), focusing on safety, wellbeing, and independence.

You will work with the family and management, following care plans and PBS strategies, and document progress while maintaining skilled communication.
