The Opportunity

You'll be working onsite within a beautiful, high-end apartment building, supported by an experienced property management and administration team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, leasing success, and being part of a professional community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct apartment inspections and convert enquiries into leases
n
Build strong relationships with prospective residents
n
Support leasing campaigns and occupancy targets
n
Manage leasing enquiries across phone, email,



and walk-ins
n
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
n
Deliver an exceptional resident experience from first enquiry to move-in
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Experience in real estate, property, leasing, sales, or customer service
n
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Minimum 4 years real estate experience
n
